In my years of health coaching the biggest culprit I’ve identified as the reason people can’t lose weight is SAD. And not just the sad kind of sad, but the SAD (Standard American Diet). A calorie is no longer a calorie

While there is a lot of debate in nutrition science these days (Paleo vs Vegan?), one thing is clear: a calorie is no longer a calorie. We now know that 100 calories of chocolate cake and 100 calories of coconut oil do VERY different things to your body. What happens after the 28 days?
This isn’t just a short term program. We teach you lasting lifestyle changes so you can continue to drop unwanted pounds. You’ll also learn to maintain your ideal weight once you meet your goals. Remember, this is a lifestyle, not a diet!

What does it cost?
Most likely less than your grocery bill! This program is super affordable, which is one of the reasons I chose my product partner.

Each day includes the base for two smoothies, two nutrition bars and your multivitamin & fish oil for the day (you’ll learn in the program why these two supplements are critical to support your journey). Each smoothie is less than $2.75 and each nutrition bar is less than $2.40, which is way less than most people already spend on meals. You’ll also shop for produce (like frozen berries and natural almond butter) to add some flavors to your smoothies and food for your daily dinner options.

Will I be hungry?
Absolutely not! If you’re hungry you’re not supporting your body. We teach you how to eat delicious food for health, weight loss and overall wellbeing. You will not be hungry during this program.

Why use protein smoothies and bars? Isn’t “real” food better?
If you know my style then you know I’m a huge believer in eating real, whole foods, and that philosophy is a cornerstone of this program. As a health coach I know that I can tell people to eat real food day in and day out and they still have trouble losing weight. I carefully chose this line of healthy protein smoothies and bars and created this program to help you get real results. They’ve been clinically proven to aid the weight loss process, and contain zero grams of sugar. They meet all of my requirements for consuming a healthy meal or snack. How does exercise fit in?
Exercise is extremely important to your overall health. This food-based program is designed to meet you where you’re at with your exercise program. We encourage at least 30 minutes of exercise 4-5 days per week and will teach you how to adjust your program if you exercise more than that.
